Our verdict
3/5 out of 5
Passed the cut
Quiet Luxury gives Tally a private-bank annual report: Cormorant Garamond headlines with one italic word, widely spaced small caps, an index column of features beside the hero and a ledger panel drawn in hairlines. The dashboard switches the accent from forest green to oxblood and lays envelopes, transactions and bills out as ruled lists instead of cards. It is calm and consistent, but the ivory, serif and green landing sits near the default, much of the gray text is faint, and the hero shows little of the product. Pick it for premium services that want restraint over color.

Liquid Glass Design (ECC)
Liquid Glass Design builds Tally out of frosted glass panels floating over soft mint, peach and periwinkle light, set in Bricolage Grotesque and DM Sans. The dashboard keeps the glass in Manrope and stays readable. Pick it if you want a friendly, Apple-flavored product that looks nothing like the cream-and-serif default.

Popular Web Designs (Hermes Agent)
Popular Web Designs gives Tally the Wise treatment: very heavy black Inter headlines, a lime highlight box around 'job.', pill buttons, big rounded cards and a black pricing band with a lime Plus plan. The dashboard follows through with a black 'left to budget' card in huge lime numerals, lime envelope bars and a lime October bar. It is far from the default and holds together on both pages and on a phone, though the tight headline leading lets lines collide and a sync chip covers the Groceries label in the hero. Pick it when you want a bright, confident consumer fintech look and are happy to start from a known brand's style.

Impeccable
Impeccable drops the cream-and-serif default for a loud navy, orange and primary-color landing page set in heavy Archivo, then builds a calmer pine-and-lime dashboard. Pick it if you want a product page with real energy that still holds up on a dense screen.

Hallmark
Hallmark turns Tally into a cheerful yellow-and-pastel brand in Plus Jakarta Sans with big ghost numerals, and the dashboard matches it. The most consistent result in the set, but it took about 12 minutes per brief.

Also good for these
Editorial Designer (Atelier UI)
Editorial Designer gives Tally a quiet magazine look: off-white paper, very large light Inter Tight headlines with one bold word, thin rules instead of boxes and a single rust accent for things that need attention. The dashboard follows through with a huge "$640" figure, numbered sections and line-only envelope bars. It is clearly its own direction, and the dashboard is the stronger page: on a wide screen the landing headline drops below the phone plate, leaving the first screen mostly empty, and some sections hug the left edge. Pick it for calm, editorial products that want restraint.

Book Serif Index (Meng To)
Book Serif Index lays Tally out as an open ledger: aged paper pages inside a dark leather frame, IM Fell English and EB Garamond on the landing, Cormorant Garamond and Newsreader on the dashboard, with mono chapter numbers and an oxblood accent. The dashboard reads like a page of accounts, drop cap included. It is the most committed idea in this batch. Pick it for products that want warmth, history or craft.

No AI Design Slop (Meng To)
No AI Design Slop moves off the default with sage paper, Young Serif headlines, Schibsted Grotesk and manila-envelope cards that suit a budgeting app. The dashboard switches to Newsreader and Public Sans but keeps the sage and green. Pick it if you want warmth with more character than most of this batch.

Editorial Minimal (Design Taste by Mustafa)
Editorial Minimal gives Tally a printed broadsheet: light Fraunces headlines with one italic vermilion word, IBM Plex Mono section numbers, hairline rules and an "In this issue" index beside the hero. The dashboard keeps the voice in Newsreader, opening with "You have $640 left to give a job" next to a ruled column of figures, and lists envelopes as a numbered table with one red over-budget bar. The background is cream like the default, but the green, the phone mockup and the cards are all gone, and both pages read well on a phone. Pick it for a calm, print-inspired product that lets type do the work.
