UI Design Aesthetics vs Quiet Luxury

Tied at 3/5 on the same brief. Pick by fit: the rows below show where each one is stronger.

Both built the Tally landing page in the same Claude Code test, and both design the Print Romantic way: cream paper, serif headlines, nothing shouting. Both are best for: visual direction.

UI Design Aesthetics gives Tally a ruled-notebook landing page: cream lined paper, Fraunces set very heavy beside a thin italic, IBM Plex Mono labels, a mustard sticky note, an "on budget" stamp and vermilion hard shadows on the buttons. The dashboard keeps the ruled paper, heavy Fraunces figures and a hatched green "left to budget" card. It has far more character than the default, but it sits on the same cream, Fraunces and forest-green base, and the sticky note and stamp cover parts of the hero card. Pick it for warm consumer brands that want personality on a familiar base.

Quiet Luxury gives Tally a private-bank annual report: Cormorant Garamond headlines with one italic word, widely spaced small caps, an index column of features beside the hero and a ledger panel drawn in hairlines. The dashboard switches the accent from forest green to oxblood and lays envelopes, transactions and bills out as ruled lists instead of cards. It is calm and consistent, but the ivory, serif and green landing sits near the default, much of the gray text is faint, and the hero shows little of the product. Pick it for premium services that want restraint over color.
