✳ What it does

Four things. Done properly.

Most money apps show you a pie chart of last month and call it insight. Tally tells you what's left right now, and what's about to leave.

01 / Envelopes

Every dollar gets a job.

Split your paycheck into envelopes: rent, groceries, the concert you keep talking about. When an envelope is empty, it's empty. Move money between them in two taps when life happens.

Rent$1,250
Food$400
Fun$120
Savings$300
02 / Bank sync

Your bank, synced. No typing.

Connect your accounts once and transactions land in Tally on their own. You just drop them in the right envelope, or let Tally guess. It gets good at guessing.

03 / Bill reminders

Bills don't sneak up anymore.

Tally spots your recurring bills and pings you before they hit. Late fees are a tax on being busy. Stop paying it.

04 / Shared budgets

One household, one budget, zero "who paid for that?"

Invite your partner, roommate or teenager into a shared budget. Everyone sees the same envelopes in real time, so the grocery run doesn't turn into a group chat investigation.

✳ How it works

Set up before your coffee cools.

No 40-question onboarding. No finance degree. Three steps and you've got a budget that actually runs itself.

1

2

Fill your envelopes

Tell Tally what each dollar is for. It suggests amounts based on what you actually spend.

3

Spend without the dread

✳ Pricing

Cheaper than one late fee.

Start free and stay free if that's all you need. Upgrade when you want more accounts or more people in on it. Cancel any time, from the app, in one tap.

✳ Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

If something here isn't answered, it's probably because the answer is "yes, it does that."

What's an envelope budget?

You give every dollar a category before you spend it. When the groceries envelope runs dry, you either stop or move money from somewhere else. Simple, old-school, works.

Do I have to connect my bank?

No. Sync saves you the typing, but you can add transactions by hand if you'd rather keep things manual.

How does sharing work?

On Family, invite people by email. Shared envelopes update for everyone instantly, and anyone can keep a private envelope just for themselves.

Can I switch plans later?

Any time, in either direction. Downgrade and your data stays put. You just lose the extras.
