What is envelope budgeting?
It's a simple method: before the month starts, you divide your income into categories ("envelopes"). Spending comes out of the matching envelope, so you can see at a glance how much is left for groceries, rent or fun.
Do I have to connect my bank?
No. The Free plan lets you enter transactions yourself. Automatic bank sync is part of Plus and Family.
How do shared budgets work?
On the Family plan, you invite household members by email. Each person gets their own login, and you choose which envelopes are shared and which stay personal.
Which devices does Tally work on?
Tally runs on iOS, Android and the web. Your budget stays in sync across all of them.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can switch plans or cancel from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll move to the Free plan and keep your budget.
